FILA has approved a Strategic Plan for 2025-2029 with clear targets and initiatives to ensure its competitiveness and success:
It is a tool that allows the Group to define and plan its identity, fundamental objectives, actions, and necessary tools in the medium to long term.
It is used to establish priorities, concentrate energies and resources, strengthen operations, establish agreement on expected results, evaluate and adapt the organization’s direction in response to an evolving environment, ensuring a commitment to common goals.
The drafting of the Strategic Plan, the projects, and the activities indicated therein are fully consistent with the purpose, vision, and mission, as well as the values that inspire the Group.
